Custom Forged Wheels – No Stock / Non-Refundable

All Tang Forged wheels are custom-built to order. Because each wheel is made specifically to your specifications, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons unrelated to product quality (such as change of mind, incorrect specifications provided, or fitment errors).

Warranty Coverage

We stand behind the quality of our wheels. Each set of forged wheels comes with:

• 
  Lifetime Warranty against structural defects under normal driving conditions.
  
• 
  24-Month Warranty on surface finish (paint, powder coat, brushed, or polished), excluding normal wear, damage from improper use, road hazards, or chemical exposure.
  

Defects / Damaged on Arrival

If a wheel arrives defective or damaged due to our production or shipping, we will either:

1. 
   If the wheel itself has quality problems, we will repair or replace it for free.
   
2. 
   If it is due to transportation reasons, we will negotiate with the logistics company and solve it together
   

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• 
  Incorrect specifications submitted by the customer (bolt pattern, offset, center bore, etc.)
  
• 
  Damage caused by accidents, improper installation, racing, or misuse.
  
• 
  Natural cosmetic wear (scratches, curb rash, brake dust corrosion, etc.).
  

Process

To make a warranty claim, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and a description of the issue. Our team will review and confirm eligibility before issuing a repair or replacement.
